Hi, I'm Daniel. I have been building websites that make money since 2009.

Cowpy is me and a small team. We started it because most people building a website begin with a blank page, when the answer to almost every question already exists on a site that works.

So we take those sites apart and show you what they are made of. If you would rather have us do the building too, we do that as well.

How I got here

  1. 2009

    First blogs

I started with simple WordPress blogs, mostly to see if a website could pay for itself. Some did, most did not, and every one of them taught me something.

  2. Then

    Bigger, harder sites

The blogs grew into larger content sites with thousands of pages, custom code and real traffic. That is where I learned that structure matters more than design.

  3. Then

    Arcade game platforms

I built and ran online arcade game sites, where speed, ads and keeping players coming back decide everything.

  4. Then

    E-commerce

Online shops followed: catalogs, payments, feeds and all the small integrations that make a store actually sell.

  5. Then

    Affiliate marketing at scale

I worked for two of the biggest affiliate companies in Eastern Europe. I saw from the inside which sites earn, which stall, and why.

  6. Now

    AI-built websites

Today I work on the front line of the biggest change the web has seen since I started: websites that are planned, built and run with AI, with people deciding what is worth publishing.

The team

I do not work alone. Cowpy is a small team, and between us we cover what a website needs to earn: strategy, code, design and content. Small on purpose, because you talk to the people who actually do the work.

What we stand for

  • Copy the structure, never the content. We show you how a site works. The words and opinions on yours have to be your own.
  • Facts we checked ourselves. Every stack and setup in our blueprints comes from the live site, with the date we checked it.
  • Honest about money. Some links on Cowpy earn us a commission. We say so in our affiliate disclosure, and it never decides what we recommend.
